Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You sign in via GitHub or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, threads, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through comments or screenshots
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization

"Your Content" includes comment threads, messages, screenshots, and element context data you create through the Service. You retain ownership of Your Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit Your Content as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., showing your comments to collaborators, sending notifications, syncing with integrated tools).

You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate the rights of others or contain confidential information you are not authorized to share.

The Service integrates with Claude Code via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). When you send a thread "To Claude" or use the AI Companion, thread context is transmitted to your local Claude Code session over localhost. The AI processing is performed by Anthropic's Claude and is subject to Anthropic's Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the output, accuracy, or actions taken by Claude Code based on thread context sent from the Service. You are responsible for reviewing any code changes, pull requests, or suggestions generated through this integration before deploying them.

The Service connects with third-party platforms including GitHub, Jira, Linear, Slack, and Telegram. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through your organization's subscription. Features, limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attune LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
